Hi! All of my photographs for this assignment were taken in either Philadelphia or Manhattan. To edit them, I used VSCO Cam. The filter I used in VSCO Cam is S2, which is part of the "Clean" preset. It's an additional purchase within VSCO Cam's store for about $2.99. After applying the filter, I experimented with each picture and the amount of filter I used on each one. Some photos have S2 +9, while others may only have S2 +6 or +7. I also went further to adjust the exposure, brightness, contrast, and warmth of each one.
I like picture number 15 the best. I can relate to this because I have seen Zedd perform a number of times. I like how you captured the lights in the photo and his stage set up. You can also see him in the picture and nobody's hands or arms were in the way.
ReplyDeleteI really like photo number one. I it looks like you took time out to capture this photo. While you were out, it looks like you were looking for photos to take. Which can be hard when you're out with people.The colors are great great job.
ReplyDeleteI liked number 1 the best. I has a calm and peaceful mood of the picture is really beautiful. Even though the statue is supposed to be the main focal point but the candles and the red light makes the statue pop.

It makes me make up a story of what might have happened in the picture.
I think photo 1 in your best. All the photographs you took were beautifully done, but this one has the most emotion in it. While the photograph seems very peaceful and calming, the coloring makes it feel the exact opposite. I really like that relationship though.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy the colors on photo 2. The clouds give it an awesome look when mixed with the colors from the bridge.
