It is really hard to pick just one picture, but my favorite picture is #10. I choose the picture based on how it makes me feel the most, but the content and the form sure help me feel the way I do about it. I think I might have commented on this photo before, but I really like how this photo is divided between darkness and light; almost like it is divided between sadness and happiness. To me is like being in a bad place, or when you "fall" and then you look up, and there is hope. The angle from which the picture was taken helps a lot, looking uphill. A cloudy sky is always a cheerful sight, if the clouds weren't there I don't think this picture would have as much impact.
My favorite picture is number 13 because it reminds me of a scary movie. There's 4 seats no one in them, the table set is white and it has an older picture hanging on the wall and I cannot tell if the picture is more optimistic or pessimistic. THe shadows on the wall that I'm guessing are from the light topper, its like a perfect seen from a scary movie.
I really like picture number one from the chapter memories. I like how crisp it looks. It reminds me of taking a walk along the water on a crisp fall day. It seems like a calm quiet afternoon, I almost feel as if I am there.
I like photo #1 from the first chapter because of how many directions the photo brings me. Initially I thought of a nice afternoon, but then I also think it's a very sad looking photograph. If it's a sad photograph I picture someone sitting on one of those benches after a loss or a tough day. If it's a calm afternoon I can definitely feel the solitude in the area. Either way it's a nice photo. Great job this semester!
My favorite photo of yours is number 11. It captures such an emotional looking environment. When I look at the photo, I feel sadness. It also is interesting because it is focused on the detail of the water droplets rather than the background.
