My favorite photo is #17. I like how it took me a minute to figure out the contents of it, the sky and the ocean are so far away and then all of the sudden there's this unidentified object really close up (that later I figured out were sandals). The shapes made in the sand are magnified by the proximity of your camera, it feels like they could be great sand dunes if I was in "Honey, I shrunk the kids" movie. The small beam of sun is a nice detail, it gives the feeling of a hot summer day.
I like picture number 10 in the urban chapter. I like how the trees in the path way give it a symmetrical look. It looks like a quiet, rainy afternoon. I like the angle that you took the picture because you can see the trees gradually getting smaller as you look into the picture since they are farther away.
I still love photo #3, although #17 is a close second. The more I look at it the more stories and feelings come to me. It just looks so professional to me and I just love the vintage-like filter to it! At the same time #17 is such a great angle and really makes me think of summer and long for being on the beach again. Well done this semester!!
My favorite photo is number 13. I love the photo so much because of how vintage it looks. The black and white edit definitely contributes to that as well. Good job!
